Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Snug Threads is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Snug Threads is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local postal service first. We also recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier with your tracking information. Snug Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping Policy

We currently only offer shipping to the United States. Please note that when international shipments are offered they may be subject to additional customs fees and delays. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
